Delivery
All products available for purchase at Flamenco Dressmaking are in digital format and are available for download after successful completion of the payment transaction.
If you choose an online payment method (credit card or Paypal) you will receive your download links
- on screen immediately after payment has been accepted and in addition
- in an email which is sent to you upon completed payment
If you choose an offline payment method (bank transfer) you receive an email with the download link(s) once payment has been received by Fastspring (Flamenco Dressmaking’s secure e-commerce platform).
Your download link remains active for 7 days. If you include Online File Backup Protection in your order the link remains active for 1 year.
Returns
I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied I am happy to offer you a full refund on all products if you notify me via email ([email protected]) within seven days of your receipt of goods.
