If you make a purchase, we will receive and email confirmation which contains an order number. Following this acknowledgement if you require any information regarding your order please contact Fastspring’s order support team quoting your order number. They will assist you as soon as possible by email or telephone if the goods you have ordered are not available, if we identify a product or pricing error, if we are unable to get authorisation from your credit card or if we are unable to process your order for any other reason. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Inspection
You should inspect the merchandise (digital sewing patterns) upon receipt and check that the order is complete according to information provided on this website. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, acceptance of late returns are at our discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Flamenco Dressmaking uses Fastspring for its online payment transactions. Fastspring processes online payment transactions for thousands of merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Fastspring gateway are secured payments.
